Christmas Eve, and our last calendar window. We’re ending with the weirdest jazz clip I have ever seen.
Oh yes, that's how I look! You already know the Jens Filipsson and saxophone player part, but let me also add that I live in Stockholm, Sweden, where I play jazz & other beautiful music in many different constellations. My own band is a modern jazz quintet named Usual Suspects, which you can make friends with on the music page.

A video from a gig with Neighbourhood, recorded at Jazz Club Fasching in Stockholm this autumn.
This video that kind of speaks for itself. Containing one of my favorite jazz musicians, guitar player Kurt Rosenwinkel, and a French woman not knowing to much about jazz trying to do an interview.
Bill Cosby, amazing storyteller but also a jazz drummer. In this clip he tells a story about an early episode in his life when he’s attending a jam session.
I’m counting down to Christmas with a little something every day. Today, a nice performance by Duke Ellington and his band, playing the song Perdido.

The gig with Neighbourhood at Jazzclub Fasching last Saturday was a huge success. Everyone in the band played their ass off, the place was totally crowded and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better!
